These product terms (“Product Terms”) form part of and are subject to the Master Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Product Terms and the Master Terms of Service, these Product Terms shall prevail.

What is Earn Rewards on Rent?

Earn Rewards on Rent is an optional add-on that lets you earn rewards — such as cashback, airline miles, or vouchers — in connection with your periodic payments to Rently. Rewards may be provided by Rently directly or through third-party partners, depending on the reward type available at the time.

Depending on how this product is presented in the Platform, it may be offered as a standalone add-on or as part of a plan selection during onboarding. Where it is included as part of a plan, your selection of that plan constitutes acceptance of these Product Terms.

How Rewards Are Earned

• Rewards are credited to your account after each eligible payment to Rently is successfully processed.
• Your account must be in good standing at the time of processing.
• Where rewards are provided through a third-party partner (for example, an airline miles programme), the partner's own terms and conditions will also apply and will be shared with you at the point of activation.
• Rently does not guarantee the availability of any specific reward type at any given time.

Rently's Right to Reverse Reward Issuance

Rently reserves the right to reverse, withhold, or reclaim any reward that has been or would otherwise be issued in the following circumstances:

• Your account is suspended or terminated for any reason.
• You are in breach of the Rently Terms and Conditions.
• A payment in respect of which rewards were issued is subsequently reversed, disputed, or charged back.
• A third-party rewards programme is modified, suspended, or discontinued by the relevant third party.
• Rently determines, acting reasonably, that a reward was issued in error or as a result of a system anomaly.

Rently is not liable for any loss of rewards arising from changes to a third-party programme or from the exercise of any right described above.

Cancellation

You may cancel Earn Rewards on Rent at any time. There is no minimum commitment period.

You may cancel this product by contacting Rently at support@rently.sg or through the Platform (if available). Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the next scheduled payment cycle to take effect for that cycle. Any rewards already credited before cancellation remain subject to the applicable programme terms.

Rently's Right to Modify or Discontinue

Rently may modify the rewards structure, available reward types, or discontinue Earn Rewards on Rent entirely at any time. Where practicable, Rently will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes. Your continued use of the product after such changes constitutes acceptance.
